Founder support covers quoting, proposal PDFs, account access, subscriptions, cancellations, and billing questions. Include the page you were on, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot when possible. Never email passwords, card numbers, or secret keys.

Put Billing in the subject. Include the account email and shop name, but no payment-card details.
A broken quote
Include the quote ID or proposal link, browser/device, and the last action that worked. We prioritize blocked core workflows.
